The course revolves around four key areas based on the grounded and repetitive movements of Tai Chi:
• Developing awareness of the body
• Relaxing muscle tension
• Achieving natural and fluid movements
• Achieving balance and harmony with one’s body (or finding the correct balance between the body and movement)
