Law n°78-17 of January 6 1978 relating to data processing, files and freedoms
General conditions of use
The user recognizes to have taken knowledge of the present legal notice and is committed to respecting it. They acknowledge that they have checked that the computer configuration they are using does not contain any virus or any other “malicious software” and that it is in perfect working order. The user is solely responsible for the choice, use and interpretation of the data they consult, query and transfer. The owner of the website makes every effort to provide users with available and verified information and/or tools, but cannot be held responsible for errors, lack of availability of information and/or the presence of viruses or “malicious software” on its site.
Data processing, files and freedoms
The law of August 6 2004 on the protection of individuals about the processing of personal data and amending the law of January 6 1978 on information technology regulates the use of personal data to limit the risks of use that would be contrary to freedoms. Following legal obligations, no personal information will be collected or transferred to third parties without the user’s knowledge. Furthermore, no personal information is used for purposes not intended by the user of the site.
The data entered in the contact forms are used for the sole purpose of responding but are not stored, transferred, or transmitted to third parties.
