The President of the university is elected for four years by the members of the Board of Directors. He is the chief manager of the university and chairs the three committees (Board of Directors, Research Committee, Committee for Studies and University Life). He is assisted by an office which is elected according to his proposals by the Board of Directors. All the groups in the university are represented in the three committees: teachers, teaching researchers, non-teaching staff and students. External persons are also Board Members.
